Arlene B. Poczatek, RN, nee Kubala, passed away at the age of 76  surrounded by her loving family.

She is the loving mother of Donna (Stephen) Flanagan and the devoted grandmother of Brennan Flanagan. Caring mama to many cats over the years, most recently Peaches. Aunt, niece, cousin, sister and friend to many.

Arlene dedicated a large portion of her life as a registered nurse helping people in both the medical-surgical department of Belmont Community Hospital and the psychiatric department of Westlake Hospital, where she retired from the nursing profession.
