Fred was a respected member of many organizations throughout his Life.
Hinsdale American Legion Post 250 Department of Illinois; Illinois State Bar Association; Past President of the Chicago Club of The University of Notre Dame; Dean (and Instructor) of Worsham College of Mortuary Science; Past Chairman of Oak Brook Board of Fire and Police Commission; Director of Community Convalescent Nursing Center of Naperville; Life Trustee of Fenwick High School and Past President of Fenwick Fathers' Club; and Practicing Attorney for 54 years
Fred was a graduate of Fenwick High School (Class of 1958), The University of Notre Dame (Class of 1962) (Volunteer member of ROTC at the University of Notre Dame) and DePaul School of Law (Class of 1965).
A proud American Patriot, Fred was the youngest Captain to Command a Military Police Unit in Vietnam;
the 300 th Military Police Company of the 92 nd MP Battalion in Saigon. He was the recipient of the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Bronze Star Medal, Army Commendation Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
He was an advisor, mentor, Friend and confidant to many in all walks of life. Irreplaceable.
