Gus lived a full life of hard work. He was the owner of Alex's Hairdressing Salon and Alex's Destinations. He worked at the Jewel in Oswego demonstrating liquor up until age 89. Carol and his many friends traveled around the world. He was a man who lived his life to the fullest. His laugh and smile was contagious. His Romanian Heritage and Church were a very important part of his life. He loved to golf and had many exacting conversations with his brother John about his "extraordinary" golf moves.

The Brady Bunch club and the French Connections friends were something he always looked forward to seeing. He loved to cheer on his grandsons at their ball games. He was so proud of his granddaughter following in his steps in the beauty industry. He loved his cat "Sammy" of 18 years. He wanted to leave us all with knowing that we need to love life, love people and always leave with a kiss.

Visitation Thursday, December 31, 2020 from 10:00-Noon at St. Michael Romanian Catholic Byzantine Church 609  N. Lincoln Ave. Aurora, IL 60505  (630 897-8115).

MASS WILL BEGIN AT NOON.

Interment St. Michael Cemetery
